Before I didn't really realize what I could incorporate self-care into my everyday life. With this challenge I learned just a simple task like stretching or even putting healthy food in your body contributes to your wellness. I use to think I didn't have time to cater to my needs but I most certainly do and each day I can do small things to contribute to my overall wellness.

Before this course, I would get really stressed in certain "required" social settings....I'm not stressed like usual for the ones I have coming up...not to the point of being angry and resentful about being asked or regretting saying yes.

I found the environmental and creative challenge most helpful because I work from home and think it's important to love the space that you're in everyday and make it comfortable. Creative helped me because this is my go to outlet to express myself and have fun while doing it. It's great self therapy.
